All registered Ajax Junior Football Club players are covered under the Marsh Personal Injury Insurance Program, which applies to all SMJFL‑sanctioned training sessions and matches.
If a player is injured and you need to lodge a claim, the Marsh claim form includes a short section that must be completed by the Club. Please email the form to safety@ajfc.com.au once you have filled out your part, and we will complete the Club section and return it to you for submission.
